Inspiration, Family Yoga Flow and Fun!

Inspiration: A chat with our friend and local Puerto Rican entrepreneur Dr. Ariel Tomey on the importance of self-care, confidence, and optimum health so the body can heal itself. Sharing his insight and expertise on connecting with the body through alignment.

Flow: Learning through play, laughter, and joy with the fantastical Ms. Mia🧘🏽‍♀️

Mia will be your family yoga guide empowering us with her intuitive gift of play and connection through the eyes of your young one. Experience the immediate effects of bonding, self expression and silliness with your child/ren.

We'll be using inspiration for this play from our truly talented artist and loving friend @Amanda (also the wife/partner/beautiful other half of Dr.Tomey’s practice).

A visually stunning bilingual book written AND illustrated by Amanda about the beauty and wonder that IS Puerto Rico.
