Where: Finca Pastoreo in Dorado, a local family farm that believes in eating for health, nutrition, and connecting with nature.

When: Friday, August 4th @ 1pm (to start farm tour - you can buy tickets inside the store)

2pm - Gelato and Q&A discussion with Dylan and Jose

We invite you to this special event to enjoy the newest offering at Finca Pastoreo: Orquidea Negra Gelateria.

Special Guest: Engage in a Q&A session and learn from this inspiring young mind! A creation from start to finish from 19yr. old entrepreneur Dylan who lives and works on the farm. You'll have the unique opportunity to savor decadent flavors crafted from ingredients straight from the farm to your tastebuds while listening to Dylan and Jose (his father) insights on the process of starting a new business, while homeschooling.

Gelato 🍨$8 small & $16 large scoop

Experience the difference of their high-quality gelato. Including nutrient-rich pasture-raised eggs, organic and locally sourced ingredients while also exploring the ideas behind regenerative agriculture and innovative ecological farming practices. This is an incredible opportunity for our young adults to learn from a peer actively creating his own destiny! Through curiosity, joy of learning, and trial and error Dylan is a shining example of a bright future!

Dress Code: For your comfort and safety, we recommend wearing long pants and boots or sneakers while on the farm. It will protect you from ants🐜, mud, and other natural elements. Don't forget to bring sun and bug care products, towels, and plenty of drinking water ☀🌻💦

Food and Beverages:

Finca Pastoreo Store offers direct-from-farm offerings, including pasture-raised eggs, raw milk (when available), meats, cheeses, honey, microgreens, soaps and more.
Four different craft beers on tap by OneBoxLabs are available.
Outside seating with covered shade is provided for your comfort.
